The high-pressure air-temperature carburetor vaporizes the low-temperature and high-pressure LNG liquid delivered by the high-pressure plunger pump into normal-temperature and high-pressure natural gas (ie CNG). All equipment low-temperature (LNG) import and export special high-pressure pipe fittings, heat exchange tubes and pump related components can withstand -162 ℃ low temperature and ensure that the working pressure is not leaking at 25.0MPa. The inlet medium LCNG, the outlet medium CNG, the design pressure is 30Mpa, and the difference between the outlet temperature and the ambient temperature is less than 10℃.
LNG booster
The LNG supercharger is installed on the unloading skid to increase the pressure of the storage tank or the unloading tank truck, but when the liquid level in the storage tank is low, the supercharging speed is very slow, so it is recommended that the customer , The pressure in the tank should be increased to 0.5MPa, so that the pressure in the storage tank can meet the requirements during the gas filling operation.
EAG vaporizer
The EAG carburetor is installed on the skid body to increase the temperature of the low-temperature gas discharged by the safety valve or manually. It is dispersed in the atmosphere after the pipeline flame arrester to avoid the harm of personnel or equipment caused by the low-temperature gas or liquid.
High-pressure EAG vaporizer
The high-pressure EAG carburetor is installed on the skid body to increase the temperature of the low-temperature gas discharged by the plunger pump or manually discharged, and is dispersed in the atmosphere after the pipeline flame arrester to avoid the harm of personnel or equipment caused by the low-temperature gas or liquid.
Water bath reheater
The water bath reheater is installed on the skid body to increase the exhaust temperature of the high-pressure air-temperature carburetor. Ensure that the gas temperature in the gas storage facility reaches the set standard. The carburetor is filled with water for the first time, and after commissioning, subsequent operation does not require any intervention and operation.
