The high-quality L-CNG plunger pump vacuum insulation pump body can keep the cooling capacity in the pump body, which is conducive to the rapid start of the pump and the unique inlet cavity. The design can separate the flash vapor from the incoming liquid to ensure that the low-temperature liquid evenly flows into the compression cylinder. The cold end of the pump has cavitation protection, shaft seal leakage protection, automatic unloading control, automatic liquid supply control, and a nitrogen purge device at the drive end and the connection end.


The high-pressure liquid plunger pump is a single-cylinder, single-acting plunger pump. The piston is connected to the crosshead through a coupling. The crosshead is dragged by a cam-driven connecting rod. Various components (cold end, linkage assembly, etc.) are easy to disassemble, and maintenance is very convenient. The steering of the motor is not required, and the pump can rotate in both directions. A filter is installed in the suction port of the pump head to prevent foreign debris from entering the pump and to avoid the risk of fire or explosion. The filtration accuracy of the filter is at least 150 μm, and its surface area should be at least twice the cross-sectional area of the suction pipe.
