Hydraulic piston hydrogen compressor is a professional compressor independently developed by our company for downstream hydrogenation, with independent intellectual property rights. Each set of equipment consists of a hydraulic system, gas compression system, cooling system, noise reduction system, safety system, and PLC automatic control system.
The compressor cylinder piston has no oil lubrication, and the hydraulic oil and hydrogen have their own sealing structures, completely eliminating the contamination of hydrogen by hydraulic oil. The gas seal structure is designed with multiple seals, utilizing the principle of layer by layer wear to reasonably design the size and structure of each seal. This ensures that there is slight wear on the rear seal before the previous seal fails; After the failure of the previous seal, it still acts as a resistance ring to reduce pressure on the rear seal, greatly increasing the service life of the rear seal. This ensures that the service life of the overall seal is increased several times.

The compressor cylinder piston adopts a patented sealing structure without oil lubrication, which is non polluting to hydrogen and has a very high service life. The cylinder piston adopts an oil-free lubrication method, and the hydraulic oil and hydrogen have their own sealing structures, completely eliminating the contamination of hydrogen by hydraulic oil, avoiding damage to the refueling pipeline, automotive pipeline, and engine caused by oil pollution, and eliminating the need for a compressed gas filtration and separation system.
The compressor does not require an additional lubrication system, significantly reducing the cost of daily maintenance and maintenance work.
The compressor adopts PLC fully automatic control and remote transmission control, which can achieve remote diagnosis and management, as well as unmanned and automated start stop operations.
The compressor is equipped with a three-layer pressure safety protection system to ensure that the pressure is maintained within the safe pressure range. All electrical systems adopt explosion-proof design, ensuring safe and reliable compressor performance.
