The loading and unloading arm, as a metal universal loading and unloading pipeline equipment, is connected to the hard pipeline of the transport vehicle. The full metal hard pipe structure connection of the loading and unloading arm has been achieved, solving the safety problem of possible explosion caused by the use of flexible hoses for pressurization during unloading of liquefied natural gas, and ensuring the personal safety of operators. According to the structural characteristics, there are two forms of loading and unloading arms: those with nitrogen protection devices and those without nitrogen protection devices:
Loading and unloading arm with nitrogen protection device: The loading and unloading arm is composed of liquid phase arm, gas phase arm, booster arm, and nitrogen protection blowing system. Use dry high-pressure nitrogen to protect the valve from contact with air, avoiding the phenomenon of the steering valve freezing and unable to rotate. The nitrogen purging system can ensure that no air is mixed into the pipeline.
The product is made of stainless steel 316L material and manufactured using a special low-temperature welding process. The key component rotating joint is designed using aerospace technology, completely avoiding the occurrence of leakage caused by welding deformation and sealing surface damage, achieving zero leakage.
