The main heat exchange method of LNG comes from the heat exchange at ambient temperature. 

The main function of the LNG main gasifier is to allow low-temperature LNG to undergo convective

 heat transfer with air through low-temperature aluminum pipes and fins, thereby achieving 

the purpose of heat transfer. The material of the main gasifier is LF21 aluminum alloy, 

which is corrosion-resistant and can ensure long-term good operation.

Applicable media: liquid natural gas LNG, liquid petroleum gas LPG, liquid oxygen LOX, 

liquid nitrogen LIN, liquid argon LAR, liquid carbon dioxide LCO2, ethylene LC2H4, etc.

5. Conduct a special surface oxidation treatment process for heat exchange tubes;


6. Optimize process design to minimize pressure drop and eliminate any deviation, 

ensuring flow rate is controlled within a safe range;


7. Advanced high-pressure pipe composite technology ensures 100% full contact 

between the compressed pipe and the heat exchange pipe, ensuring heat exchange efficiency;


8. The vaporizer is strictly cleaned before leaving the factory, and oil and grease are removed. 

Water pressure and airtightness tests are conducted on all components, and there is no leakage. 

After pressure testing, dry them with dry nitrogen gas.
