LNG truck loading and offloading arm

The LNG loading and offloading truck arm is composed of a column, a liquid phase arm, a gas phase recovery arm, a horizontal balance device, a nitrogen purge device, an electrostatic conduction device, a rotary joint, a sealing ring, an electrostatic conduction belt and other mechanisms.

The loading and unloading truck arm is installed on the LNG loading and unloading system, and the LNG loading and unloading system is fixed on the LNG loading and unloading truck platform. The loading and unloading truck arm can meet the two working conditions of loading and unloading. The horizontal balance device is used to balance the gravity of the outer arm and the vertical pipe and other components, so that the crane pipe is always in a balanced state.

The rotary joint has reliable sealing, flexible rotation, high strength and long service life. The replacement method of the sealing ring is simple and convenient. The raw material for manufacturing the low-temperature loading arm has a quality certificate.

The rotary joint rotates flexibly, and there is no stuck phenomenon at low temperature. The rotary joint seal is reliable, without leakage, and the service life meets the requirements. When the rotary joint leaks, the adjacent instrument cable should be designed with effective protection. The seal of the rotating rod of the loading and unloading arm allows a short vacuum state (under cooling)

The LNG loading and unloading truck pry is a comprehensive solution for LNG tank truck loading and unloading operations. The whole pry integrates

 the controller, process pipeline, detection and control instrument into one device, integrating liquid phase pipeline, gas phase pipeline, recovery pipeline, 

collection pipeline, and chlorine gas control pipeline. All pipelines have corresponding control valves (controlled by manual and automatic valves 

according to different on-site requirements), and operators can perform LNG filling and unloading operations by controlling the valves.

The LNG loading and unloading lever integrates a large number of detection and control instruments, including flow meters, pressure transmitters, 

temperature transmitters, anti-static detection devices, EAS switches, etc. The controller uses instruments to detect the working status of pipelines 

and timely takes corresponding measures to safely and effectively complete the entire filling process.
